Annual salaries that the County will pay to elected officials starting July 1, 2022:

  • County Chair Jessica Vega Pederson: $207,486.30
  • County Commissioner District 1 Sharon Meieran: $124,916.38
  • County Commissioner District 2 Jessie Beason: $124,916.38 (Commissioner Beason took office in fall 2023)
  • County Commissioner District 3 Julia Brim-Edwards: $124,916.38
  • County Commissioner District 4 Lori Stegmann: $124,916.38
  • County Sheriff Nicole Morrisey O’Donnell: $207,486.30
  • District Attorney Mike Schmidt: $93,687.30 (County-paid supplemental salary)
    • County pays supplemental salary only; as of July 2, 2021 the State contributes $149,832 annually to the DA's salary.
  • County Auditor Jennifer McGuirk: $139,286.40 (as of December 1, 2023)
    • Multnomah County Home Rule Charter states that the County Auditor’s salary will be 4/5 of a circuit court judge’s salary; Salary Commission does not set Auditor's pay.
