Recovery Support

Offered by

The PATH program helps those with unstable housing explore and access substance use treatment.

PATH (Promoting Access to Hope)

The PATH program helps those who are houseless or close to becoming houseless get treatment for a substance use disorder. We connect people to behavioral health and recovery services, and help them overcome barriers that can keep them out of housing.

Our goal is to help people avoid houselessness and the trauma that comes with it by working collaboratively with clients on problem solving and recovery goals. Our hope is that they build a good recovery foundation and have a stable place to live.

Build a Good Recovery Foundation

Our team supports clients by helping them understand their treatment needs and options, including:

  • Detox and withdrawal management
  • Outpatient treatment
  • Medication assisted treatment
  • Residential treatment
  • Ongoing recovery support services
  • Harm reduction
  • Care coordination and culturally-specific care coordination for African-American, Latinx and LGBTQIA2S+ clients
  • Problem gambling services
  • Services for people living with HIV

Services are free and voluntary, and are based on goals the client chooses. Insurance is not needed. Bilingual Spanish-speaking staff available.
