- mailed
- dropped off (available 24-hours)
- submitted in person (by appointment only)
1. Mail completed forms, fees, and payment for any unpaid taxes to:

A document drop box is available at the Multnomah Building 501 SE Hawthorne Blvd., Portland, OR 97214.
Documents placed in the drop box will be date stamped and processed in the order received.
3. Submitting your forms and fees in person (by appointment only)
Walk-in services are available by appointment only. Same-day service is not available.

What to bring when you come in:
- Your completed form(s), payment for any unpaid taxes, and the ownership change fee.
- Accepted forms of payment
- cash
- personal checks, money orders, cashier's checks (payable to Multnomah County DART)
- debit or credit card (flat fee of 2% applies)
If we are not able to accept your forms at the time they are presented, you will need to make another appointment.
Parking is very limited at the Multnomah Building. Please review our parking and transportation suggestions.
if you arrive late for your appointment, you may need to reschedule for another date.
