  • support workforce equity efforts
  • make employment data more accessible and transparent
  • understand major employment trends in an effort to help the County plan for a workplace that is productive and supportive for all employee

    Multnomah County Employment Trends Dashboards:

    The dashboards show data trends in county workforce demographics and hiring, promotions, separations, and other employee movements. The dashboards are updated quarterly. The dashboards do not include statistical analyses.

The report includes highlights demographic differences and changes over time using statistical analyses.
