The Legal Resource Center, located on the 2nd floor of the Multnomah County Courthouse, has facilitators available if you do not have an attorney and need assistance with legal paperwork and figuring out the steps for your situation. (They are not able to provide legal advice.) The Family Law Clerk’s Office, located on the 2nd floor, is where you file documents for your family law case. Go to the blue kiosk for a ticket to speak to a family law staff person. They are open to the public from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday-Friday, except on holidays.
