What is co-parent coaching? Co-parent coaching is a service that allows parents the opportunity to work with a professionally trained coach. Coaches assist parents in developing insights and strategies to co-parent more effectively.
Who are the coaches? Coaches are trained staff members at Family Resolution Services. Coaches have extensive experience working with families to improve co-parenting skills and reduce conflict that harms children.
Who can access coaching services? Multnomah County residents may volunteer for services or have a referral from a Multnomah County Family Law Judge.
How much does it cost? Coaching services are free to Multnomah County Residents.
How many sessions are available? Each parent is able to have 4 coaching sessions. They may choose to attend sessions individually or together. Both parents would need to agree to attend coaching sessions together, and they must agree on shared goals.
