Portland Water Bureau applied for and was approved to build a drinking water filtration facility and communications tower located at the eastern end of SE Carpenter Road, with raw and finished water pipelines connecting to the existing Bull Run conduit system.

Current Status

The Land Use Board of Appeals issued its decision on January 22, 2025
