We are currently in the audit's fieldwork phase.

Scope

The scope of this audit is to determine whether Permanent Supportive Housing and its related services are meeting the needs of priority populations in our county. The following departments are within the scope of this audit: the Homeless Services Department and the Health Department. 

The time period under review will be Fiscal Year 2022 to Fiscal Year 2026, which allows us to concentrate on Permanent Supportive Housing programs and services funded since the implementation of the SHS measure.

Objectives

  1. Determine whether permanent housing placements are meeting the needs of priority populations in Multnomah County
  2. Determine whether supportive services are meeting the needs of priority populations in Multnomah County
