As a victim/survivor of crime, if requested, you have the right to be notified of formal hearings regarding the offender's supervision.

As a crime victim/survivor, you have the right to request notification when the offender has a formal hearing for violating conditions of supervision or when an offender requests early release from supervision. If the offender is on supervision with Multnomah County Department of Community Justice and you would like to request your right to be notified, please fill out the form below. I would like to be notified of hearings that occur after the offender has been sentenced on the case (such as probation violation or Morrissey hearings).
