Comprehensive Plan

The Multnomah County Comprehensive Plan is the county's land use mission statement. It describes the policies that guide decisions made by the Land Use Planning Division as well as the relationship between Multnomah County land use decisions and the policies adopted by the Metro Council and statewide planning agencies.
