Multnomah County, Ore. (March 19, 2026) — The Multnomah County Medical Examiner’s Office is seeking assistance identifying an adult man whose partial remains were found on Sept. 8, 2025, at the Smith and Bybee Wetlands Natural Area, North Portland. The man is believed to be African American and 50 years or older. He was assumed to be missing for numerous months.
