Create a new account
1. Go to wichealth.org
2. Click Sign Up
3. Follow these instructions to Create an Account:
- Select language – English or Spanish
- Select state – Oregon
- Select WIC Agency – Multnomah County WIC
- Enter your WIC family ID number (re-enter to confirm)
- Create a username
- Enter your email (re-enter to confirm)
- Create a password (10-25 characters, including at least one capital letter, lower case letter, number and special character)
- Select a security question and answer (re-enter to confirm). The answer is case-sensitive.
4. Click Register
If you forget your password, username or both
Recover and reset your login if you know the email address, phone number, or WIC ID associated with your account:
- Click Log in on wichealth.org
- Click Forgot your username or password?
- Choose one of the methods to reset your password and follow the prompts.
