Beginning today, Monday, April 27, 2020 the Voting Center Express in downtown Gresham and the Multnomah County Elections Office in Southeast Portland are open for the Primary Election. Both locations will be following physical distancing guidelines established by the state and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Many voter services can be completed online. The Voting Center Express improves access for more than 165,000 Multnomah County voters. At the Voting Center Express in downtown Gresham voters can replace a lost or damaged ballot or update their voter registration information. Voters with a disability can get assistance. Voters who speak a language other than English can get assistance in their preferred language. Elections staff are also available for questions or any other elections related help. The Voting Center Express is open April 27 through Election Day on May 19.
The Multnomah County Elections office is located at 1040 SE Morrison Street in Portland. The Voting Center Express (VCE) is located inside the Multnomah County East Building at 600 NE 8th Street in on Gresham near the Gresham Central Transit Center and free parking. The Voting Center Express is open April 27 to Election Day, May 19. Normal office hours are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday.
For the May Primary, the Voting Center Express and Multnomah County Elections office will offer extended open hours.

- Tues. April 28 - 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Voter Registration Deadline),
- Wed. May 13 - Fri. May 15 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM,
- Sat. May 16 - 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM,
- Mon. May 18 - 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM,
- Tues. May 19 - 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Election Day).
Ballots can only be accepted at the Voting Center Express during open hours. The nearest 24-hour official ballot drop box site is in the parking lot at the Gresham Library at 385 NW Miller Avenue. To find other Multnomah County official ballot drop sites, go online to multco.us/dropsites. Remember, you can mail your ballot back with free postage by May 14, 2020. Or, any Official Drop Site in Oregon by 8:00 PM, May 19, 2020.
Multnomah County Elections provides an interpreter, free of charge to anyone who needs help voting in a language other than English. Additional voting and elections information in nine languages is online at multco.us/education-and-outreach.
