Rory Cuddyer

Rory brings more than a decade of experience working in local government. Prior to moving to Portland in 2022, Rory spent nine years at the City of Boston, where he held several positions relating to economic development and sustainability policy.

Most recently, Rory led community engagement for shelter development projects at the Homeless Services Department in Multnomah County. In that role, he worked with communities on new shelter development projects, including two in District 3, and successfully negotiated multiple Good Neighbor Agreements.

He holds a BA from Boston College and a MBA from Boston University. He lives in Northwest Portland with his husband and dog, Ollie.
