WellSky Community Services is the HMIS/CIS database of choice for Multnomah County. We strive to help our partner agencies and service providers utilize WellSky Community Services effectively for data collection and reporting.
We provide user accounts and training free of charge to all service providers who use WellSky CS to collect and report client and program data to the County and its funders.
