Alarm Response Records (MCSO9-003): Documents police responses to alarms, notification of false alarms, and the assessment of penalties. Records include letters to permit holders of false alarms and any penalties assessed, suspension reports, and database records of each alarm. Information include alarm date, false/real alarm, permit holder's name, fines assessed, other penalties assessed, amounts paid, date paid, and alarm company name.

Alarm Statistical Reports (MCSO9-004): Monthly reports documenting the alarm user permit program. Reports include a variety of statistical representations of program information. They include, but aren't limited to, 911 incident reports, permit suspension reports, alarm statistics, permit holder statistics, fee statistics, and alarm company statistics.

Alarm Use Permit Records (MCSO9-001): Documents new permits issued to residential and business clients who use burglary alarms. Permits must be renewed annually. Records include alarm user permit applications, fee payment records, and database records for each permit holder. Information includes permit holders name, address, phone number, alarm system description, alarm installation company, alarm monitoring company, contact person(s) name and phone number, instructions to responding officer, authorized signature, and fee payment information.

Alarm User Renewal Records (MCSO9-002): Documents the renewal of existing permits for residential and business burglary alarms. Includes renewal applications, fee payment records, cancelled license log, and database records for each renewal. Information includes existing permit information, a place to update any changed information (usually address or contact information), a check box for alarms no longer in use, expiration date, and date fee received.
