Mission Reports (MCSO10-001): Documents all missions performed by county search and rescue. Records include mission reports, police reports, state search and rescue reports, and related documentation. Information includes date and time called out, persons involved, circumstances, results of search and rescue, and related information.

Program Correspondence (MCSO10-003): Correspondence, memoranda, and similar records which document and add significant information to the program or primary functional responsibility of the office. Includes letters sent and received, memoranda, notes, and other records related to specific programs or primary functions.

Search and Rescue Mission Case Files (MCSO10-004): Series records information about search and rescue missions undertaken by the county. Search and Rescue Unit Case Records (MCSO10-005): Series records administrative and general information about individual search and rescue units. Contains monthly membership update, membership roster, operational cost report, volunteer activity report, volunteer's personal expense record, and related records. Information includes unit number, personnel names and addresses, hours worked, activities, expenses incurred, and related information.
