Property Deeds (DART1-001): Series documents the resale of foreclosed real property to its previous owner. May include contact report, payment report, copy of the original deed, copy of the repurchase contract, default notice, property maps, payment ledger, and related correspondence.

Repurchase Account Payment Ledgers (DART1-008): Records payments made on accounts set up to allow owners to repurchase foreclosed property. Individual ledger cards are set up for each account. They show the account number, payor's name and address, amounts and dates paid, account balance, and date account closed (if applicable).
Retention: Retain 6 years after property redeemed by recorded interest holder. (OAR 166-150-0015(12))
