General Conditions
Our revised General Conditions (Section 100) for the Oregon Standard Specifications for Construction were released in July 2024. This section applies to construction projects administered by the Multnomah County Transportation Division.
Contracts executed before the current General Conditions were published still incorporate the older versions:
