We want all people to receive quality services and benefits and have opportunities for meaningful engagement in programs and activities.

Request Assistance

The Transportation Division provides free services or accommodations upon request to persons with disabilities and people who need an interpreter to participate in public meetings or access our programs. If you need language assistance, a sign language interpreter or communication aid, call 503.823.4000 or Oregon Relay Service 7-1-1 at least 2 business days before the meeting.

File a Complaint

If you think Multnomah County has discriminated against you because of your race, color, national origin, disability, religion, age, sex/gender, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, veteran status, source of income, or any other basis prohibited by federal, state, or local law, please tell us immediately.

Complaints regarding transportation activities will be forwarded to the Federal Highway Administration. By law, civil rights complaints regarding transportation are reviewed and investigated at the federal level.

Title VI Plan

The Transportation Division has developed a Title VI Plan to document how the Division complies with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and related statutes and regulations consistent with guidance from the Federal Highway Administration and the Oregon Department of Transportation.
