Proposal:   Request to retroactively permit three (3) accessory structures and review grading that was completed within the Significant Environmental Concern for Wetlands (SEC-w) overlay without county review. An Accessory Use determination is required to review the “Gym,” which is labeled with a ‘6’on the attached site plan and shown in the attached floor plan. The applicant also proposes mitigation for development in the SEC-w.
