2018 Executive Committee Meetings

LPSCC Executive Committee convenes the second Monday of the month from 1:30-3pm in room 315 (unless noted otherwise.)

January 8, 2018

Small Executive Committee Leadership

This meeting focused on the Multnomah County and Criminal Justice legislative priorities.

February 12, 2018

Large Executive Committee and Attendees. Note, this meeting is at Gresham City Hall.

Presentations included OrCRM Tri-County Summit update and Victims' Portal "Case Companion" update.

March 12, 2018

Small Executive Committee Leadership

The agenda focused on the Juvenile Detention Reform updates and Community Healing Initiative Early Intervention (CHI EI) outcomes.

Large Executive Committee and Attendees

The agenda includes updates on the developing Women's Program (transitional housing funded by MacArthur) and about the Justice Reinvestment Supplemental Programming.

May 14, 2018

Small Executive Committee Leadership

On May 14th LPSCC heard and discussed updates about the Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion (LEAD) Program and Treatment First.

June 2018

No June Meeting

July 9, 2018

The meeting topics included information about Extreme Risk Protection Orders (ERPO), the new Assessment and Recovery Community Housing Program, and updates on LPSCC-related work.

August 13, 2018

The August meeting focused on the Oregon Youth Authority's Feeder System Study. There was also a demonstration of the Defenders Re-entry Switchboard.

September 10, 2018

The September meeting included some updates and a video from Word is Bond and information about the CSEC (Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children) system redesign and new providers.

October 8, 2018

The October agenda included a review of the Possession of Controlled Substances Report, an update on the Diane Wade House, and an overview of the Safety and Justice Challenge Community Engagement Grant Application.

November 2018

No November Meeting (Veteran's Day Observed) 

December 10, 2018

The agenda included presentations on the Opioid Rapid Response Project and on the completed Parent Partnership Handbook. LPSCC members shared their 2019 Legislative Priorities.
