Submitting Manufactured Structure Forms

Instructions for submitting change forms for manufactured structures

Completed Manufactured Structure change forms and fees can be submitted by mail, dropped off in our drop box, or submitted in person at our office. 


1. Submit forms and fees by mail

Mail completed forms, fees, and payment for any unpaid taxes to:

Multnomah County DART
Attn: Manufactured Structures
PO Box 2716
Portland OR 97208-2716


2. Submit forms and fees through 24-hour document drop box

A document drop box is available at the Multnomah Building 501 SE Hawthorne Blvd., Portland, OR 97214.

Documents placed in the drop box will be date stamped and processed in the order received.


3. Submit forms and fees in person 

Our office is located at:

Office hours are 8:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday

What to bring when you come in:

  • Your completed form(s), payment for any unpaid taxes, and the ownership change fee.
  • Accepted forms of payment
    • cash
    • personal checks, money orders, cashier's checks (payable to Multnomah County DART)
    • debit or credit card (flat fee of 2% applies)

Parking is very limited at the Multnomah Building. Please review our parking and transportation suggestions.
