County records of voter registrations have been maintained since 1908. The County Records Management and Archives Program maintains canceled voter registration records beginning with 1908. As of 2011, we have records through 2006. There is no restriction on viewing these records, however, signatures cannot be copied due to the provisions of ORS 247.973. If you need a copy of a cancelled voter registration, the Records Program staff will redact the signature before providing the copy.

For active voter registration information and cancelled registrations dated later than November 4, 2006, you should contact the County Elections Division.
