JUDY SHIPRACK led the Multnomah Food Action Plan, now a community-wide effort addressing the related challenges of hunger and obesity and promoting local, equitable food access, healthier eating and a better environment.
JUDY SHIPRACK is sponsor to the Defending Childhood Initiative, to address the tragedy of violence against children.
As co-chair of the nationally recognized Local Public Safety Coordinating Council, JUDY SHIPRACK works to fight crime with a leadership team of police, judges, school leaders, and health professionals.

JUDY SHIPRACK has helped Multnomah County build a new East County Courthouse and begin rebuilding the Sellwood Bridge. Infrastructure projects like these create FAMILY WAGE JOBS.
