Religious Affordable Housing Exemption

Housing that is subject to an affordable housing covenant for no less than 60 years may be leased to low-income households by religious organizations.

ORS 307.140(4) allows an exemption for qualifying religious organizations that own housing with an affordable housing covenant of no less than 60 years when leasing to low-income households.
