Highlighting Our Community
Multnomah County partners with six community organizations and collaborates with many others to combat health inequities and leave a legacy of healthy living. Every day faith, retail and child-care leaders go out into our communities to meet concerns and find new ways to decrease chronic disease and tobacco addiction within the African-American/Black communities of Multnomah County.
Here at the county, we believe that the more our stories are shared, the more we can learn and the stronger our communities will be, and you can read a few of them below.
