Mossie Ogilvie (they/them) is a new REACH Influenza Program Specialist who is excited to be jumping into work tackling health inequities and injustice in Multnomah County. They look forward to bringing their experience in clinic pop-up sites, event organizing, and office administration to the REACH program.
Mossie is pursuing their Project Management certification after working in various organizing and management roles for over 15 years. They most recently ran COVID-19 testing sites during the last few years of the pandemic and have a background in community organizing for disability justice. Mossie has a Bachelor's degree in theater tech and did 2 years of Masters level coursework in Architecture with a focus on accessible design.
When they are not reading speculative fiction or books on abolition, Mossie can be found practicing various martial arts, trying new recipes, and training their cats.
