Citations In Lieu Of Custody Records (MCSO19-011): Documents citations in lieu of custody issued to individuals held in temporary custody during identification and warrant checks. Includes citations in lieu of custody forms indicating individual's name, address, legal authority for citation, arresting officer, and the results of identification and warrant checks.

Daily Population Reports (MCSO19-013): Documents total jail inmate population on a daily basis. Includes daily population reports indicating the total inmate population of each correctional facility.

Inmate Booking Records (MCSO19-002): Books, logs, or other records documenting the confinement and release of individuals held in county correctional facilities. Currently maintained in two databases; one containing booking data, one containing digital photographs of confined individuals. Information usually includes name, charges, date of confinement, date of release, physical condition, and related information. Records of person known dead need not be retained.

Inmate Case Records (MCSO19-001): Documents inmate incarcerations, court activities, release and other occurrences during the period of incarceration. Includes custody reports completed by the officer at the time of incarceration and indicating inmate name, charge, and demographic data; court orders relating to the inmate; informational reports written by jail staff regarding the inmate during incarceration; inmate grievances; release agreements; and related records.­

Inmate History Reports (MCSO19-006): Documents all inmate booking information. Reports are printed directly from the SWIS database to an imaging system. Information includes all inmate booking and detention information, including dates booked, dates incarcerated, dates released, charges, convictions, and related information.

Inmate Population Reports (MCSO19-007): Documents total jail inmate population on a daily basis. Includes daily population reports indicating the total inmate population of each correctional facility. Includes alpha listing of people in jail, list of booked persons, and list of released persons.

Microfilm Quality Control Records (MCSO19-009): Records document that microfilm produced by or for counties and special districts conforms to the specifications required by Oregon Administrative Rules 166-025-0005 to 166-025-0030. Records may include but are not limited to microfilmed records lists, microfilm reel indexes, service bureau transmittals, film inspection reports, methylene blue certifications, camera/processor/duplicator inspection reports, equipment and operator logs, and correspondence.­

Mug Shots (MCSO19-012(a) and MCSO19-012(b)): Photographs and negatives of arrested individuals used for identification and apprehension of suspects in criminal investigations. Mug shots of individuals known to be dead need not be retained.
