On May 17, 2011, an election will be held for the purpose of electing a board member to fill the unexpired term for the following position. Any qualified voter who desires to be a candidate for the office listed below must file a completed SEL 190 application with the Multnomah County Elections Division, no later than 5:00 p.m., Thursday, March 17, 2011.
