Ballot Measures

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Corbett School District Board has referred a measure to voters in the Corbett School District at the November 3, 2020 General Election, and the Multnomah County Elections Division has received a Ballot Title for that referral.

Any registered voter dissatisfied with the Ballot Title may file a petition for review with the Multnomah County Circuit Court on or before Aug. 24, 2020. Any person filing a petition must also notify the Director of Elections, 1040 SE Morrison St., Portland, in writing that the petition has been filed, and the notice must be given by 5:00 p.m. on the next business day after the petition has been filed with the Circuit Court. - Tim Scott, Multnomah County Director of Elections

Candidate Positions

NOTICE OF ELECTION On November 3, 2020, an election will be held for the purpose of electing board members to fill the positions and terms for the following districts. A candidate must be a registered voter and have lived in the district continuously for two years immediately preceding the date of the election and must be a candidate for the sub-district of residence. Any qualified voter who desires to be a candidate must file with Multnomah County Elections Division, 1040 SE Morrison, Portland, not sooner than July 16, 2020 and not later than 5:00 p.m., August 25, 2020. Candidate applications are available at www.mcelections.org. Positions to be filled: INTERLACHEN WATER P.U.D. Director, sub-districts 1, 4 and 5 (4-yr terms) and ROCKWOOD WATER P.U.D.
