It includes information about candidates and measures from local jurisdictions within the boundaries of Multnomah County. The printed version of the Voters' Pamphlet will be mailed to all Multnomah County households April 20-23, 2016. The Multnomah County Voters' Pamphlet will be inserted into the middle of the State Voters' Pamphlet. Ballots will be mailed on Wednesday, April 27, 2016.
