The Area Plan on Aging outlines the steps the Multnomah County Aging, Disability, and Veterans Services Division and our community partners will take over the next four years to meet the needs of older adults, people with disabilities, and veterans in Multnomah County using program-specific funding from the Older Americans Act.
Share Your Comments on the Area Plan by March 5th
The 2025-2029 Area Plan on Aging Draft is now available for review and public comment, until 4pm on March 5th. We value our community's feedback and input about our service goals and how to best meet the needs of older adults, people with disabilities, and veterans in Multnomah County.
Comments will be anonymously included as an additional appendix in the final, published version of the plan. The final plan will be available on our website when it is approved by the State of Oregon.
Print copies of our Area Plan Draft are available by request. To request a print copy, email us at areaplan@multco.us or leave a voice message at 503-988-1250. Please include the following information so that we can complete your request: clearly state the quantity requested, your name, your phone number, and the mailing address you would like us to use.
