Medicare Assistance

Oregon Medicare Savings Connect

Oregon Medicare Savings Connect can help with: Medicare Part B and D premiums, co-pays and deductibles, prescription costs. Services are free, confidential, and language interpretation is available.

Senior Health Insurance Benefits Assistance (SHIBA) Program

The Senior Health Insurance Benefits Assistance Program provides trained volunteers to help people with Medicare make informed health insurance decisions.

Support and Care

In-Home and Residential Care

Help around the house, adult care homes, residential care facilities and assisted living spaces.

Public Guardian & Conservator of Multnomah County

Someone to oversee legal issues for those who are unable to care for themselves.

Family Caregiver Support Program

Services that help unpaid caregivers caring for someone age 60 or older. Assistance is also available to seniors who are raising a child.

Veterans' Services

Free effective and dedicated representation for Veterans and their families. Receive all state and federal benefits available.

Adult Protective Services

Adult Protective Services investigates allegations of abuse, self-neglect and financial exploitation of seniors and people with disabilities.
