Project Description

We are planning permanent repairs to NW Kaiser Road where it crosses Abbey Creek, between Germantown Road and Ridgeline Street.

The creek flooded during heavy rains in January 2024, eroding the edge of Kaiser Road. At the time, we made temporary repairs by adding rock to stabilize the edge.

This project will make permanent repairs and ensure that Abbey Creek does not damage the road during future floods.

Design work is fully funded by the Federal Highway Administration under a 2024 emergency declaration.

Traffic Impacts

There are currently no impacts to traffic. Traffic impacts during construction are to be determined.
