SB1145 Offender Case Files (ASD6-001)
Documents department screening and monitoring of justice-involved individuals referred to the county under SB1145 (which requires the county to supervise custody of justice-involved individuals sentenced to 12 months or less). Records include department screening reports, parole and probation chronological reports, parole board authorization to hold individuals, parole board order of revocation/sanction, order of supervision, and related correspondence. Retention:
- Retain until sentence completed, then transfer to county jail.
Post-Prison Supervision Orders (ASD6-002)
Documents the requirements a justice-involved individual needs to fulfill to meet the conditions of post-prison supervision. Records include certificate of supervision expiration, amended post-prison orders, correspondence with parole officers, original post-prison supervision order, release plan, and OJIN printout or revoked case and months of supervision ordered. Retention:
- Retain 3 years.
Local Control Arrest Warrants (ASD6-003)
Documents arrest warrants issued for justice-involved individuals under post-prison supervision in the Local Control program. Records include local control arrest warrant; notations for various data entry actions in OJIN and CIS; warrant request report; motion and affidavit for warrant; and printout of offender's case to insure local control status. Retain 3 years.
