What you need to know
For the 2026 plan year, you will be able to access your account online or through the BenefitHelp Solutions Mobile App. Before the end of this year, you will receive a welcome letter from BenefitHelp Solutions with instructions for logging into your member portal, and, if you are enrolled in MERP or TRP, you will receive debit cards.
If you have MERP or TRP-Parking funds remaining in your PacificSource account at the end of the plan year, they will rollover into your BenefitHelp Solutions account. The maximum MERP rollover for 2025 - 2026 is $660. Remaining TRP funds rollover in entirety.
If you recieve reimbursements by direct deposit, please note that you will have to enter your banking information again with BenefitHelp Solutions.
Important dates
- December 9th: This is the last day to submit 2025 claims to PacificSource.
- December 10th - January 5th: Transition period - no 2025 claims can be submitted during this time.
- January 6th - March 31st: You can submit your remaining 2025 claims to BenefitHelp Solutions during this period.
- 2026 Claims: You can begin submitting 2026 claims to BenefitHelp Solutions on January 1st.

You can contact BHS Customer Service teams for assistance. They will be able to see your 2026 enrollments beginning in mid-December, and any 2025 rollover funds by January 6th.
