NPLTE Exemption

Charitable, nonprofit organizations that provide housing to low-income people may be eligible for the NPLTE tax exemption program.

The NPLTE (Nonprofit Low Income Housing Limited Time Exemption) program is a property tax exemption program for charitable, nonprofit organizations that provide housing to people with limited income.
