Making a payment
A convenience fee is charged to use online or phone payment services. Multnomah County does not collect or retain any portion of this fee.
Fee for paying from bank account - $1.50 per transaction.
Fees for debit card - $3.95 per transaction.
Fees for credit card - 2.55% per transaction.
Phone/IVR adds 50 cents to the above prices

Pay over the phone
The pay by phone automated phone system is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to make your property tax payment. You can pay online from your bank account, credit and debit card. Convenience fees apply, see above.

Deadline for online payments
Any payment made online must be received by our office by 11:59 pm on the due date to be considered timely. Late payments are not eligible for the 3% discount and will incur interest charges.
