Road Rules Updates 2026

What’s Changing?

Proposed amendments include:

• MCRR 18.000: Update to remove reference to Multnomah County Code section 29.700
• MCRR 21.000: Update to the process and procedures for Special Event permits 

Road Rules changes will not affect any permit currently approved or in process. They will only apply to new applications after the updated rules are posted.

Public Comment

The public is invited to comment on our proposed changes. All comments must be submitted through the form below.

The 15-day review period begins on November 3, 2026 and lasts until November 18.

Anyone may request a postponement of this action or a hearing. Requests must be submitted in writing to Graham Martin at the email address below. All requests must be submitted before the end of the 15-day review period.
