- Schedule: April 20 - May 2026
- Estimated Cost: $45,000
- Funding Source: County Roads/Bridge Fund
Project Description
We are repairing the northwest retaining wall of the Stark Street Bridge after it was struck by a vehicle last fall.
Repairs will make the wall stronger in case of future collisions and make the bridge safer for all users.
Traffic Impacts
Work is scheduled to resume on Tuesday, May 26, and will last about one more week. When work resumes, the bridge will close to all traffic on weekdays between 9am and 3pm.
During these closures, please detour to the Sandy River Bridge in Troutdale.
No traffic impacts are expected for the Historic Columbia River Highway.
