Project Description
We are replacing and upgrading traffic lights at two intersections:
- SE Stark Street and SE Evans Avenue
- SW Cherry Park Road and Buxton/S Troutdale Road
These lights are on old poles and wires which are vulnerable to high winds. The signals also need to be updated for size and reflection.
The project will include new lights on mast arm poles, ADA upgrades, and new signs. It might also include new pavement markings.
Traffic Impacts
In winter and spring of 2025, we will be surveying the sites. Crews will put up temporary signs, but no traffic delays are expected.
