Customer Advisory (COVID-19)
Multnomah County's Land Use Planning Division is asking the public to transact all business remotely – by phone, email or mail – to help mitigate the spread of COVID-19.
Land Use Planning offices will be closed to the public until further notice. In accordance with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), State and County guidelines, Land Use Planning staff are working from home (teleworking).
Our ability to respond to general zoning inquiries will be diminished as we must prioritize State-mandated deadlines that remain in effect.

- If you are submitting an application, pre-file request, or pre-application request, it please send it to us by email: LUP-Submittals@multco.us or by US Mail
- Please note that land use applications that are mailed or emailed will not be identified as "received" until payment is received. A Land Use Planner will contact you within 3-4 business days with instructions for providing payment for emailed applications
