Corrections Population Management System (CPMS) Reports (MCSO22-001): Documents daily inmates currently housed. Includes alphabetical lists indicating the name, location, charge, and sentencing status of inmates currently housed.

Inmate Classification and Disciplinary Records (MCSO22-004): Documents the history of inmate behavior and performance while in custody. After May, 2000, these records will be included in the Corrections Records inmate digital imaging system. Includes disciplinary hearing records, classification updates regarding inmate behavior, chronological histories indicating inmate moves and summary of contacts with inmates and other people concerning inmates, classification intake forms documenting initial interviews with inmates to determine classifications, psychiatric evaluations, misconduct reports, and other related materials. All of the records in this series are currently maintained in electronic formats.

Inmate Food Service Monitoring Records (MCSO22-007): Records documenting department monitoring of inmate food service contractors in county facilities. Records include quality control reports, contract compliance records, inspections (health, food service worker, and related processes), nutritional analysis lists, and related records.

Population Matrix System Management Records (MCSO22-005): Documents the population management of inmates to insure compliance with federal court consent decrees ordering population limits, and associated release processes. Includes logs and computer printouts indicating inmate population and releases, and points assigned to inmates based on the population matrix system used to determine an inmate's risk to the community, and eligibility for early release.
