This is a resource page for Preschool for All contracted providers. If you are a family who wants to check if your child is eligible for Preschool for All, please use the Check Eligibility Form.

Check Address

The address submitted as part of a child's PFA application has already been verified to be within Multnomah County, and you do not need to verify this again.

However, if the family has moved or is providing a different address than what was on the original application, use this tool to check if the address is within Multnomah County.

A parent/legal guardian must live in Multnomah County in order for their child to be eligible for Preschool for All.
