-

You will soon receive two emails from Workday.
-
The first will include your username, which will always be the email address you used to register for the AE Learning Series.
-
The second email will contain a temporary password.
-
Once you use that temporary password to log in, you will be prompted to create a new password. Be sure to remember your new password, as the old, temporary password you received in your email will no longer work.

What if I haven’t received my username or password from Workday?
-
Check your spam folder first.
-
If you don’t see the two emails from Workday in your spam folder, wait between 3 to 5 days after registering. Sometimes it can take up to 5 days for Workday to process your registration.
-
If you have registered for the AE E-Learning Series, it has been 5 days since you registered, and there is no email from Workday in your spam folder, re-register and make sure you spell your email correctly.
-
If you re-register and still don’t hear anything after 5 days, and your spam folder is empty, then email us at aeinfo@multco.us.
I forgot my password! I’m getting a message to contact my system administrator.

My employer uses Workday and when I try to login, I get sent to my employer’s Workday. What should I do?
You will only be able to access the Assertive Engagement Series in Multnomah County’s Workday domain. Use the link from the Workday email to login. If you go to your regular Workday account, and you don’t work for Multnomah County, you will be in the wrong place!
If your browser defaults to your employer’s Workday, try clearing your browser’s cache before copying and pasting the link into your browser. Remember, for all external users (not MultCo staff), your username will be your email address.
How do I register for a Skills Practice and Demonstration Session?
You can only register for a Skills Practice and Demonstration Session after you have completed all six of the video modules and passed the quizzes. You will see a list of offerings in Workday, so choose the one that best fits your schedule.
I registered for a Skills Practice and Demonstration Session in Workday, but now I can’t make that date. How do I switch?
If you need to change your session date, just send an email to aeinfo@multco.us and let us know. We will drop you from the current session and you can enroll in another session.
I totally spaced and missed my session, do I have to start all over?
If you miss your scheduled session for any reason, just send an email to aeinfo@multco.us and let us know. We will drop you and you can enroll in another session.
I received an email that my session was canceled, how do I enroll in another session?
Occasionally we have to cancel sessions due to emergencies. If that happens, we will email you to let you know the session has been canceled, and we will drop you from the session. You will then be able to enroll in another session that fits your schedule.
