Project Description
We are installing a three-way stop at SE 172nd Avenue and Foster Road.
The current pattern causes traffic to back up along 172nd. The new stop signs and pavement markings will reduce delays from 172nd and improve safety for everyone.
We are scheduled to conduct survey work starting in March 2026. Construction is planned for the fall.
Traffic Impacts
No road closures are planned, but flaggers will direct traffic during construction.
When survey crews are present, please drive carefully and observe all traffic controls.
