Our community deserves safe streets where everyone feels welcome and safe. That’s why Multnomah County and local city governments are creating a coordinated Transportation Safety Action Plan (TSAP).
Capital Improvement Plans for both roads and bridges, plus Transportation System Plans for rural areas and urban pockets.
We are creating a plan to help decide how to make our roads and bridges more accessible to people with disabilities.
Our funding went through major changes in 2020 and 2021. This year the funding picture has improved, thanks to federal aid and a revised funding agreement with local agencies.
