People's Utility District (PUD) board positions scheduled to be on the November 3, 2026 General Election ballot.

NOTICE OF ELECTION - November 3, 2026 General Election

At the November 3, 2026 General Election, board members will be elected to the below positions and terms for People's Utility Districts (PUDs). Any qualified district voter who desires to be a candidate for one of these offices must file their declaration of candidacy with the Multnomah County Elections Division. The filing period opens on July 16, 2026, and candidates may file no later than 5:00 p.m. on their applicable candidate filing deadline: 

  • August 18, 2026: The candidate filing deadline for elected incumbents (current officeholder who was elected to the office they are filing for)
  • August 25, 2026: The candidate filing deadline for non-incumbents (does not currently hold the office they are filing for) or appointed incumbents (current officeholder who was appointed to the office since it was last elected)

Candidate filings can be submitted online through Multnomah County Elections' Filing Portal or delivered or mailed to the Multnomah County Elections Division, 1040 SE Morrison St., Portland, OR 97214.

  • Sub-District 2, 4-year term ending on January 5, 2031
  • Sub-District 3, 4-year term ending on January 5, 2031

Rockwood Water People's Utility District Director

  • Sub-District 2, 4-year term ending on January 5, 2031
  • Sub-District 4, 2-year unexpired term ending on December 31, 2028
  • Sub-District 5, 4-year term ending on January 5, 2031
