St. Johns Library – 7510 N Charleston Ave.

If you use St. Johns Library to drop your ballot, please note:
- The nearest official ballot drop box is located on the sidewalk of James John Elementary School (8315 N Lombard St.) at the north west corner of N Lombard St. and Charleston Ave. This is a walk-up ballot box.
Northwest Portland
Northwest Library – Previous Address – 2300 NW Thurman St.
If you use Northwest Library to drop your ballot, please note:
- The address of this library has changed since the last election. The NEW Northwest Library is located at 2030 NW Pettygrove St.
Southeast Portland
Belmont Library – 1038 SE César E Chávez Blvd.

- The nearest Official Ballot Drop Box is located inside the Hawthorne Holds Pickup (3557 SE Hawthorne Blvd.). Voters can use the book drop and the internal ballot drop box.
